At Serumera, we prioritize secure and convenient payment options for our customers. Our payment policy ensures transparent transactions and protects your financial information.

1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods for online orders:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay when you receive your order. ₹40 shipping fee applies for COD orders.

Credit/Debit Cards

Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and other major cards accepted

Net Banking

All major Indian banks supported through secure gateway

UPI Payments

Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI apps

Digital Wallets

Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, and other digital wallets

2. CARD PAYMENT SECURITY

For Visa and MasterCard payments, you will be required to submit your:

  • 16-digit card number
  • Card expiry date
  • 3-digit CVV Number (on the back of your card)

Important: We do not store your credit card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through our secure payment gateway provider.

3. PAYMENT GATEWAY PROVIDER

We are currently using Razorpay Payments Private Limited as our payment service provider. Customers will be redirected to the website/portal of Razorpay Payments Private Limited which is not under our control.

Note: Razorpay Payments Private Limited is a third-party service provider. Please refer to our Terms of Use for further information on third-party websites and their terms of service.

4. PAYMENT ISSUES & SUPPORT

If amount is deducted but order not confirmed:

If the amount has been deducted from your account, but you haven't received a confirmation from us, please:

  1. Wait for 15-20 minutes (sometimes bank transactions take time to reflect)
  2. Check your email spam/junk folder for confirmation
  3. If still not received, contact our customer care team at support@serumera.in or +91 9997491999

Please provide the following information when contacting us:

  • Transaction Reference Number
  • Registered Email ID and Phone Number from which order was placed
  • Date & Time of Transaction
  • Amount deducted

Failed Transactions:

If your payment fails but amount is deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 7-10 working days by your bank.

Double Payment:

If you've been charged twice for the same order, one payment will be automatically refunded within 7-10 working days.

5. PRICING & CURRENCY

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Prices include all applicable taxes (GST)
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

6. REFUND PROCESS FOR PREPAID ORDERS

For prepaid orders that are cancelled or returned, refunds will be processed:

  • Within 48 hours of order cancellation (before shipping)
  • Within 24 hours of receiving returned products (after shipping)
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
  • Bank processing time may take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account
