We at Serumera have formulated each product to deliver the best possible results. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases ONLY:
You received a different product than what you ordered
Product received in damaged condition or leaking
Product received past its expiry date
Package received appears without weight or is empty
Important: Returns are NOT accepted for change of mind, allergic reactions, or if you're not satisfied with the product results. We strictly recommend performing a patch test before full use.
In case you have received a wrong, damaged or expired product, please send us an email at support@serumera.in & WhatsApp at +91 9997491999 requesting return/replacement.
Time Limit: Within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery
Required: Include relevant documentary proof such as pictures and relevant emails
In cases where you have received a package which seems without weight in the first instance, please record a video of unboxing of the package by you.
This video evidence is mandatory for processing empty package claims.
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Our customer service team will examine your claim and supporting documents.
Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup.
Our courier partner will pick up the order from your doorstep at no additional cost to you.
Please keep the product in its original packaging with all labels intact.
Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same.
If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours of verification.
No return or replacement will be entertained by us after the expiration of 7 days from the delivery of the product. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure timely processing and product freshness.
Orders which have not been shipped can be cancelled. Refund will be processed within 48 hours.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. You can request a return after receiving the product if it meets our eligibility criteria.
