Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases ONLY:

Wrong Product

You received a different product than what you ordered

Damaged Product

Product received in damaged condition or leaking

Expired Product

Product received past its expiry date

Empty Package

Package received appears without weight or is empty

Important: Returns are NOT accepted for change of mind, allergic reactions, or if you're not satisfied with the product results. We strictly recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Return Process & Timeline

Report Within 7 Days

In case you have received a wrong, damaged or expired product, please send us an email at support@serumera.in & WhatsApp at +91 9997491999 requesting return/replacement.

Time Limit: Within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery

Required: Include relevant documentary proof such as pictures and relevant emails

Empty Package Recording

In cases where you have received a package which seems without weight in the first instance, please record a video of unboxing of the package by you.

This video evidence is mandatory for processing empty package claims.

Request Review

Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Our customer service team will examine your claim and supporting documents.

Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup.

Pickup Arrangement

Our courier partner will pick up the order from your doorstep at no additional cost to you.

Please keep the product in its original packaging with all labels intact.

Quality Check & Refund

Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same.

If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours of verification.

Strict Policy Note

No return or replacement will be entertained by us after the expiration of 7 days from the delivery of the product. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure timely processing and product freshness.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders NOT Yet Shipped

Orders which have not been shipped can be cancelled. Refund will be processed within 48 hours.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. You can request a return after receiving the product if it meets our eligibility criteria.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund initiated within 24 hours of quality check approval
  • COD Orders: Refund processed via bank transfer within 24 hours
  • Bank Processing: 7-10 working days to reflect in your account

Refund Method

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method used
  • Bank Transfer: For COD returns, refund via bank transfer to provided account
  • Store Credit: Option available for replacement instead of refund

Shipping Charges

  • Free Returns: No charge for reverse pickup in eligible cases
  • COD Fee: ₹40 COD shipping fee is non-refundable
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable
